Speaking Eco

An universal language, clear and understandable to everyone. But with a particular attention to the younger.
Its name is “Io Parlo Eco” and it’s a new project, promoted by Papili onlus, aimed to make people aware about environment subjects.
Inserted inside the events correlated to “Torino 2010 European Youth Capital”, with game and creativity, “Io Parlo Eco” challenges: to inform and to transfer values connected to greening, eco-sustainability, recycling and reuse.
Several events have been planned: a fashion show, installations of contemporary art in the town center, workshops, fashion and art performances in the stand that will be prepared at Palaisozaki (8 – 10 May).
In order to achieve the youth and to involve citizen, the Caos agency, that attended to the organization and the communications of “Io Parlo Eco”, decided to focus on channels and means nearer to youths (pens drive, multimedia materials, Bluetooth connection) and limit the use of materials us paper and plastic.

Many schools have been involved in this project. A competition has been announced for the creation of “Io Parlo Eco” logo. The work that will represent the ideals of the project, will be choosen to follow all the campaign.

«Io Parlo Eco is an important project-says Iwan Pistone (Caos Agency) eventually - which, starting from young people’s word, aims to knock down differences and speak only one language: “Eco”».
